Shipping Your order will be delivered to your door by the courier, you have to be present when the parcel arrives. If you are unable to accept the parcel from a courier, you will be able to pick up your parcel at the pick-up office. 

We ship from Portugal, EU. Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not covered by us and are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are not valid grounds for a return. 

During holidays there may be delays in delivery.

Shipping fee and time

Shipping price is calculated automatically at the check-out and depends on parcel's weight and destination country.

DHL delivery to:

Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Slovenia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Czechia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary: 4-6 business days.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Romania, Sweden, France, Spain: 3-5 business days.

EMS and priority parcel to:

Ireland, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 4-7 business days.

All shipping costs are automatically computed during the checkout process, ensuring transparency and fairness. You'll receive a tracking number for your order regardless of the shipping method selected, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
