Welcome to Homy Stork's Shipping Policy page! We understand how important it is for you to receive your purchased items in a timely manner, and we have made every effort to provide you with a most comprehensive and efficient shipping service.
1. Shipping Origin All products are shipped from our main warehouse located in Portugal.
2. Shipping Destinations We proudly offer worldwide shipping. No matter where you are, we'll do our best to get our product to you.
3. Delivery Times
- Domestic (within Portugal): 2-5 business days.
- Europe: 5-10 business days.
- Rest of the World: 10-15 business days.
Please note, these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery time might vary depending on the destination, customs clearances, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customs & Import Taxes Orders shipped outside of Portugal may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; "Homy Stork" has no control over these charges.
5. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages We ensure that every product is carefully packaged. However, if your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us immediately at homystork@gmail.com. We'll do our best to resolve the situation.
